Homiva is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play where available. iOS use follows Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; Android use follows these Homiva terms together with Google Play billing and subscription rules.
The applicable license terms are Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. App downloads, subscriptions, refunds, cancellation, and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store settings.
For Android users, these Homiva terms apply to use of the app, and Google Play handles app downloads, subscriptions, cancellation, refund requests, and billing through your Google account and Google Play settings. Google Play's platform terms are available at play.google.com/about/play-terms.
Homiva creates AI room design, room redesign, style transfer, declutter, room score, and before-after comparison outputs from inputs you provide. Outputs are intended for visual planning and inspiration. You are responsible for checking measurements, materials, construction feasibility, local rules, and professional requirements before making real-world changes.
Do not use Homiva to upload content you do not have rights to use, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material. We may limit access where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
For support, terms, or subscription questions, contact support@homivaai.app. For store billing, cancellation, or refund actions, use your Apple ID purchase settings, Apple Support, Google Play settings, or Google Play support depending on where you subscribed.
